My background has never been far from constructing something!

I was born in Holland, and immigrated to NZ with my family in 1984. We settled in Waimauku on a small farm, where we lived for 20 years. The farm was the ideal  place to learn a broad range of practical skills, from fencing to mechanics and building to landscaping. 

After College I progressed to graduate from Unitec with a Diploma in Landscape & Design. My working career started with High quality Landscaping, followed by running a Landscape Yard for several years and then working for a property maintenance company.

With enough confidence and experience behind me it was time to start my own business.  In October 2007 I started Acer Property Services.

My past experience in dealing with clients taught me the importance of good communication, quality and lasting workmanship and providing a service and end product at a fair price.          

With my wife Jenna as support and also helping with the administration we are focused on providing a quality, friendly service for many years to come.
