Do you do external repairs on houses?
Yes, we can do minor repairs for you. For
example:
- Replacing clear roofing
- Repairs to gutters
- Refitting/ planing doors.
- Rotten weatherboards/broken fibrelite
- Repairs and replacement of steps & Decking
- Hand rails/ balustrading
- Repairs to fences & rehanging gates
- clotheslines
- Letterboxes
- Etc.....
Do you do fixed quotes?
Yes. Most of our work is done on a fixed quote. The only time we
will charge more is if there are changes made or
extras added during the job. We will always inform
you of what the extra costs will be.
Do you do interior plastering and painting?
We do repairs, rather than whole rooms and houses. For
example if your heated towel rail has fallen off and left holes in
the wall, or a sheet of gib needs replacing.
Do you do regular garden maintenance and lawn mowing?
The majority of our garden maintenance is yearly or two
yearly clean-ups. This includes trimming of hedges, trees, palms
etc. We don't provide a lawn mowing service, but do have the
equipment if it is required.
